Sorry that I have not been posting anything to you during December. There were a lot of happenings, events and matters to attend - Like my Best friend just passed away...... I was there for almost every night (stay overnight to guard, songs leading and gave support)

I won't comment much... We will carry on her duties as if she was alive.

This week, I faced many challenges with myself as usual... I am a person with inferior complexity - I feel that I have nothing worthy to stand up for myself proudly. No matter whatever thing I do or have, I am always categorized as the loser category (most typical people's perception) and I dislike people saying good things about me, just to make me feel better; like lying straight to my face - things like you have great body or look, you are doing well etc etc.

To be honest, I always portray great resistance against any compliments, due to my perfectionist nature and typical standard of material/outlook by most people's favourite/liking, Plus I have self-knowledge. It takes me a while to accept the fact of my imperfect form of myself.

Today is my first time visiting Shangri-la Hotel. I used to hear of that hotel name, but I doubt I will go on my own to that hotel. Credit to my cousin's wedding, he hosted it in that hotel. It is also a good chance for me to look around.

After I heard once, the song hits me greatly without knowing the lyrics. The way how he sang it, the depth and feeling that flows within... so sorrowful.

Trip - Hike Up to the Summit

Today I catch up with K and he wanted to train himself for some outdoor adventurous activities - Mountain trekking. He is very on! So we decided to hike from MacRitchie to Bukit Timah at a fast pace.

We completed the 12 km course within 2 hours. we were crazy enough to go up to the summit of Bukit Timah where I have not been there before. We had to conquer the VERY steep slope and short stairs; what made it challenging, was that we were very tired already. Hahahah

Gardening - Getting Ready for Darlingtonia Californica

There is a guy named Phil Golding who I got to know him through eBay, where I purchased VFT Creeping Death seeds. I had a lot of fun growing them but due to inexperienced of handling VFT... I lost every single one of them... I was very upset because Creeping death is my favourite cultivar... What made it more sad is Phil no longer has any Creeping Death... He had some issues in his life back then :( sigh...  the feeling... Why... I am so blaming myself for fail to grow it :( 

Anyway... To think of the positive side, Phil has gotten back his feet to grow Darlingtonia , Cobra Lily. Here is his blog about his success, experience and passion on growing Darlingtonia.

What make me overwhelmed with feeling is that Phil decides to send me one Darlingtonia!!! You know in Singapore, there isn't any successful grower to grow Darlingtonia into adult stage due to weather and its dormancy issue. One of the most challenging issues in growing Darlingtonia is to keep its root cool. 

There is one guy who still growing Darlingtonia, he is Ifurita. What he does, is to grow it in big pot and drop some ice cubes when he leaves his house. Currently still growing for him.

After two weeks of waiting, it finally arrived! T-shirts from TeeTurtle! What a big parcel - insdie there are five Tee and one Hoodie. :D Those are gifts for bros with Yao Ming. When he introduced this site to me, I was overwhelmed by the amount of pun in their design on tee! It is SO Unique!!!!!!! We had a hard time choosing the suitable designs for them - communicate through facebook messages and screenshot with one another. A lot of Ups and Downs but enjoyable ones.

Personal - Long Weekend Holiday Break

On 9th of August, Singapore will be celebrating its 50th National Day and this year is a special one. We have two extra days for weekend from Friday to Monday - It is a good break for many people. Trip - Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum

This is a late post supposed to be posted on June but delay. It is about my bros and I went to Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum located at NUS during June, Introduced by Chace Mao (a Bufflord in instagram - hahahahaha but he is very kind and friendly). Okay! Get back to LKCNHM, it is a newly setup museum in Singapore where displays diversity of life - plants and animals which can be found within Southeast Asia zone. 

But one thing about this museum is that you cannot just walk-in as you please, you have to purchase your ticket here (online), choose a time slot and print out.
