About Jeff

Dear Readers, I will take this page to introduce myself. Pardon me for writing like a primary school student, as my English isn't my best subject or tool to express my thoughts. My name is Jeff (short-form). A typical straight plain-average, boring single INFJ guy but yet, I love outdoor activities and a nature-lover. To be honest, I am actually have a lot of hobbies to keep me engaged. Most of my times while I am engaging in my hobbies, I will self-talk alone unless there is someone who won't mind accompanying me; as I won't like to interact with judgmental people, I will feel wear off by their comments. (end of the day, they don't care how I feel or live up my life or views of life) A bit of my past, I used to be mocked for looking fat, even though I had tried to maintain myself, but I am still concerned as fat based on nowadays standard. During my life journey, I have learned to accept who I am, and be contented; because if I can't accept myself now, even when I did slim down and become more muscular like anyone else, I will continue to feel insecure and feel low esteem. Having self-talk is to remind myself that I am okay and Heaven had given me the best in my current situation, and I could not complain or feel bad of myself. Heaven loves whoever I am and everyone else. For now, I just enjoy writing my blog diary and hope to make some new friends, just don't judge me and be kind. Jeff
