Short post for today. Today we received a letter of recognition for my father. In this letter saying that my father has been kept clean records for the past five years on road, and wanted to reward him with vouchers. It was a great news!
Night time already! Time to enter Night Safari! Oh MINE! I can't believe the number of people queuing up for the ride! I thought I am going for the Eye trick museum!
I am not sure whether you can see the queue at the back, but this was just 2% of the queue.
We met again. This time right after we finished browsing through Singapore Zoo, we moved over to River Safari!
River Safari is one of the special and unique themed safari ever builded in the world - housing some of the exotic Amazon River animals (not all because of we can see panda in the safari) when you step into River safari, there is a feeling of visiting Sea aquarium with thick tall glasses.
We were late for Singapore Zoo visit, we should be there in morning time, but there were some hiccups, anyway we still made it. Here were some pictures which we have taken during that day. (Finally a post where all pictures are belong to mine)
I visited Singapore Zoo before, and River Safari is the one which keep me excited.
Today is my BIRTHDAY! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! Hahaha.... Early morning, my mother prepared me a bowl of noodle - I appreciated that she has been taking care of me for ALL these 36 years and I am fortunate to taste her cooks. Mother's Love. TT^TT
It was nice to have a group of committed people who willingly to spare their time to catch up with one another. Thanks Bro Jared to initiate this movie session.
Have you heard of light saber? You know Star Wars most iconic item in the cinematic universe franchise which every Star Wars or non Star Wars fans will like to own one for themselves - the Light Saber!
Have I told you that I love the vegetarian mock chicken rice + egg in one of the ang mo kio stall - Cai Yun. At least for today, something which can cheer me up awhile. Haha
After my Sunday ritual - swimming, my swimming buddy suggested to go karaoke but as we reached that place, we noticed the kbox closed down, so we changed activity to play billiards pool.
Today I am finally have a chance to hike during this Hari Raya celebration. Walked through MacRichite Reservoir awhile and accompanying with many families:)
A short post. Just about a year ago, I had a lucid dream of myself abducted by aliens and conducted a scary experiment on me. Thank God it was just my imagination, but somehow the image just can't go away, and I decided to "squeeze" out my idea/imagination so that it won't get too strong in my brain. You can check on this post.
It has been a few days that my ex-fatbike, Fattie with her new owner, Shahrie. Thanks Shahrie for keeping me update of the statues of Fattie, XDS Fatbike Warlora 1.
Based as what I could remember, Shahrie decided to spend some money to change/upgrade certain parts of Fattie. Shahrie had changed its handle bar to straight version. Below are pictures sent from Shahrie.
I always hear others when they used "Hope for the Best." as Many people only take Best result (usually is based on their desirable expectation) as the only outcome when come to sticky situations/challenges. But I sense there are something wrong with that phrase, and it is not the best way to handle a situation. Based on Chinese proverb, "人生不如意事十之八九"/Life isn't a bed of roses, So instead of hoping for the BEST, why not we learn to accept the fact of not the desirable outcome?
Today I will be meeting a buyer named "Haohao" for my fatbike, but the experience with him was predictable - heard many news about buyers/sellers in carousell, 64% of them failed to meet-up as promised.
