Personal - Random October

In my previous Sep Randomness, mainly was about my mysterious lump growth on my neck and caused me a lot of headaches and cash, but that didn't stop me from working out. Hope this month will be a positive one!

Finally... After three-four months of waiting for a crowdfunding campaign (indiegogo) to deliver their registered projects. I have tried funding in Kickstarter before, and now Indiegogo... Believe me the feeling of hanging for completion of project and money had been "paid" (the right word is funded), can cause anxiety especially the shipping date was being push backward, project owner didn't reply/ignore, and floods of uncertainty comments.

Anyway... I choose to wait patiently for the product to arrive since I chose to support their project, then I should not complain. At least, the day had come when I stood in front of this POPStation, eager to hold that product!

What project was I supposing this time? Make a guess!

Product - Replacement EX-FR100

Hi Blog,

Today I had a sudden rush in my blood that I should search EX-FR100 on carousell to replace the broken one. In my past search, the price ranging from $280 - $500, average $300 - $350 to get one. But I think about it... If I am going to send it for repair the broken lens and joints, it will cost around $150 - $250. My wallet will run out of my pocket for sure.

But... today, I found one seller listed it for $200 and it came with an accessories, LED EAM-7, costs $98 in the market; which meant... IT IS A GREAT DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of using my pocket time to swim, I traveled all the way to meet up at his station to close the deal.

I wonder, do you know who is the photographer most of the time? That is this EX-FR100, and today he will be reborn!

Hiking - Welcome Back YY

Good Morning Blog,

This weekend was my busiest week - I had many things packed during these days.

Nice Saturday morning weather!

On Saturday morning, I need to prepare my clothing or have enough rest until afternoon, when I have to conduct a sharing session. Evening to night, I will have a shadow-play act recording. Sunday morning, I will have to attend a class until late afternoon. Pocket time to meet a seller, home then meet up for buffet dinner with my family.

But YY, my ex-student whom we had lost contact due to some reasons for years, came back from China and wanted to go for a hike, so I decided to sacrifice my only resting time to go for a hike with him.

Swimming - Pocket Time

Hi Blog,

These days, I realised that I can really spend the pocket time to go for a good swim at Tampines Safra, since I have the membership card, so I should fully utilise it. In this post, I just feel a sense of achievement for keeping it up!

On 23rd Oct 2018 - It was the day when I decided to spend my pocket time in the pool. Continuous-lapse swimming is a joyful moment.

Sunday! YIPPEE!! Yesterday I tried to recover my mood from people who flew my kite... (because I  had to postpone some other people and decided to spend my morning with them, but they can't make it on the agreed timing) Today I decided to take my waifu, Fatbike out.

Trip - Universal Studio Singapore Halloween Horror Nights 2018

It's Oct again, and you know how will I spend one of the days? Yes! My yearly event is to visit USS Halloween Horror Nights 8! (link and my favourite Dejiki's review) As promised since last year... I saved up for VIP tour! (As I have to buy this tickets from Mr D, four months in advance) It served as a relaxation therapy for my mind.

Personal - Traditional Chinese Medicine Visit

My lump issue, I asked myself - what can I learn and reflect from this situation? So today I decided to seek for TCM treatment, and lucky that our school leader allowed me to take time-off in the afternoon to visit the doctor. Oh yes, also had to thank my auntie for queuing for number slot.

Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution - a place where establish academic TCM, develop talents in TCM, improve TCM standards, increase free medical consultations, in order to contribute to society, and unite colleagues to the common TCM cause, resulting in mutual benefit. Great vision and mission!

I went down to Chung Hwa Medical Institution (link), and this was my first time visit this place. I know this place since young but I have never stepped in at all.

Today was a Children's Day Celebration and we were asked to do a performance for the kids. Honestly, during all my teaching years, I always asked to take photos for the event but this time, I can go for performance and I had helpers to cover the event!

Since we were making musical performance and most of the teacher were also doing the same musical performance, so I decided to add in something which I always want to do!

Hope the kids will love it!
