Trip - Penang - Day 1 - Upside Down Museum 颠倒博物馆

Hey Blog,

After our lunch at Zen Xin Vegetarian Restaurant, we shall start visit Upside Down Museum (check out their facebook page). Initially we planned to visit Eyes Trick Museum, I found this museum while doing my Itinerary with Google Map. Personally this was my first time knowing such museum, which interested me so I went on source for more detail. (Review & blog post)
Operation time: 9:00 AM ~ 6:30 PM
Tickets Fee :
  • International Tourist Adult - RM 27.00  | Children - RM 16.00
  • Malaysian : Adult - RM 16.00 | Children - RM 8.00
We were surprised to see the crowd, oh well, No back off, let's do this first. Below are some of our experience in the museum, hope you enjoy :)

The entrance of Upside Down Museum
Look at the crowd!
Oh my! Our world turned Upside Down!
Touching the floor
Zhengnan showing off his washing abs
Hold the object to stable ourselves
We are falling down!!! NOOOOOOOOO!
After 20+ mins of waiting outside, we were told to remove our shoes (oh my the smell..... especially when you stepped in...) But the Upside Down setting had awed us, and the friendly staff guided us the poses and took pictures for us. They have two floors (I am impressed such a small place can have such interesting setting) The pictures followed, were experienced on 1st floor, not in order. :)

The 1st floor is mostly house setting - Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Toilet, Bedroom and Staircase.

Can I eat that?
Repairing the light, bro?
How can I eat from here?
Still checking on the light?
Play some music for everyone
What a strong device
Don't climb there, you will get burned!
HEY HEY! Don't take those food away.
I am "Strong".
No one gets the food except ZhengNan, he can reach it with ease.
trying keep trying
Strong Xuanyi!
Lucky they keep some food for me
Everyone went to kitchen to steal food!
one of the toughest move
Some visited the bed room
Smile Bro :)
Looking weirdly
the Sunflower supported my weight!
Great pose!
the fishes give its way
How can I wash my shirt like this? I can't reach at all.
group pose!
The bed setting has one of the nicest upside down illusion.
Due to it's natural and unfolded bed sheet.
Step aside before flushing
bath room seems crowded too
Mr Li surely knows how to pose. XD
Staircase is the most interesting one :D
nice pose from ZhengNan
I am trying
interesting shooting perspective
Like I said, bed room setting has the best Upside Down Illusion
look like I am floating away
hahaha you did it well.
Cute doggy plushie
We all turned into super people
I should try different angle
look like we just laying on the floor
Should retake this one without larger crowd
Need to be creative
We were going to the 2nd Floor, where has different upside down setting.

I love this picture
from different angle
Standard upside down illusion
this was the overview of 2nd floor setting  supported by upside down painting
Hahaha Mr and Mrs Li.
We were leaning side way with no problem
Interesting pose bro
Well done!
we stick to the typical one
and somemore
hahaha welfie with ZhengNan and his GF, Jialing
Fighting couple
Overall experience at Upside Down Museum was a positive one. Memorable one was the friendly staff they have, as they guided and patiently assisted visitors. Thumb up for such service. :)

Okay! Our next stop was a new place, ZhengNan found a leaflet which was about 3D Glow in the Dark Museum, and conveniently shared the same street with UpsideDown Museum.
