I happened to browse a post at Aliexpress (link) where I am looking for a good trisuit. In the post, they offer custom opinion and it is affordable, so I decided to give it a try.
I contacted the seller and send my design to them.

- Q1) in that design, which side is front and which side is back? (because the one on the right is front and left side with a circle is back.)
- Q2) I noticed the grey line is On top of the white, in fact.... the white should be on top of the grey line; Another word, the grey line should be under the white. will you change that?
- Q3) did you know those small circles on the chest area and some at the pelvis area? It should be grey in colour like the grey line, not white.
- Q4) Can this circle and line draw in this style? (refer to attachment)

- Q5) Can you help to match the grey line for the side? so that the front and back can match properly.
- Q6) Why the front design seems no balance.... it seems like it is sticking near toward the right side of the attire.
- Q7) Is it okay to match the white line?
- Q8) Hmmm I think you can remove the white line for that :)

Super disappointed with the service they provided. Completely lack of customer service, I emailed them two times requesting for updates and statues, they won't even response to me! Anyway I am prepared for the worst, I decide to give them two more days of grace, after that I will request for cancellation of it. Will update on it.

I got his reply finally. He claimed that he was on the business trip to check the clothing material so won't be able to respond in time. He promised to spare some time to make the suit tomorrow when he is back home.

I have enough of him... No reply no news from him. That is not how a person made business! So I emailed him and open dispute. (below)

Truly... I am very disappointed with the response of how you just ignored my questions... I had been asking for update from you since 28/5 and 31/5, you just simply skip my questions and replied on other matters.
Trust through constant and truthful communication is the essential in long distance trade.
You said it is printed, I asked for a pic of it, but you didn't response.
I even asked when you will be sending the item out, you didn't response back.
How can you want me to do? sit down and wait? Even if you have any issue over your side, will I know if you didn't reply the mall properly?
So Sorry. I will put up an "Open Dispute" for Refund by this Sunday if you continue to keep customer in suspense.
I understand my request of design is challenging, but it is not about that anymore. You want me to trust you, and by putting me in the sky without any response is not how you make business.

I received a chat reply from the seller that he claimed that he had sent a reply to me. Instead of jumping into conclusion (because I can't find any new mail from him) so I checked my spam folder, I found his email is there! I opened up and here is his reply!
hi, i apologize for the late respond and keep you waiting. i understand you are concerning. i just want you to know that not only the design i have to draw, i also need to help for the print and sewing. if only one order, it is very easy job, but many people making custom design.I guess I am overly worked out but I am glad that I didn't make things ugly, and willingly to give others a chance to explain themselves. :) and the reward is amazing! He attached a picture of my suit. (below)
Some not need to confirm by the buyer, some need to confirm by the buyer, we put those not need to confirm on the first place because that will let less people waiting and worker here also have job to do. those need to confirm, we will need to send email and wait, receive email and revise and wait. I couldnt spare enough time to reply if one process not finished. Next time if you need to same design, that will be a lot faster. usually 2 days finished
I understand we are very slow now, we just dont have enough people to share the jobs. we will want more people to join us.
OH! MAN! It is SO BEAUTIFUL! He will be sending this by tomorrow. :D I asked him how he feels about this design, does he like it? Since he did most of the hardwork. He Loves it.
He continued by saying, can he sell this in Aliexpress? Actually, personally I love to see others make full use of my design, but I have some condition, I want the ai file (so that I can make other stuff) and a Free suit. Many people will charge copyright or get commission from it, but I won't take opinion.
And he agreed. :) Thanks him. I CANT WAIT FOR ITS ARRIVAL!
