My granny's history

Hi Blog,

today I went to my granny's wake.... I was sad that I can't see my granny before she left us.

but today I met this granny, she was my granny's sister. I addressed her as grand aunt granny. she shared to share me a bit of their family background.

Or I should say our family background.

our grandfather was a physician, who had four wives. my granny was belong to the second wife and this grand aunt was the forth wife.

Grand aunt said that our great grand father will spend his money wisely, unmistakably he always categorised as a stingy person. I will say He was a wealthy man due to he can marry four wives.

grand aunt sighed that the whole family seemed falling apart. she summarized the general picture and thoughts in big family with "一种米养百种人。＂

every wife has their own child to take care. Have never treated one another as sister. After my great grand father passed away, the whole family breaking apart.

everyone left and no longer stay in contact until now except our granny and grand aunt. They tried to stay in touch with one another. The rest of the two wives, one stay away from others and another one passed away.

Grand aunt added on that our granny was a kind hearted sister who took good care of her.

I continued to ask her, what about their children? Don't you guys communicate?

she replied, "mother only care for their own children. that's why eventually after grandfather passed away, they went on their own way."

I learned if we Treat other people children like our own. Treat other people parents like our own. Treat everyone the same. Then this world will be peaceful. maybe I will know my other unknown cousins already.

I believe my granny will wish everyone can stay in touch with one another. I will try to do it with whatever we have right now. practice the Art of Appreciation.

long time no blogging! how you being? I feel so bad leaving you alone.

I just downloaded a new iPhone app for blogging. This app named iblogger, it is not free but due to I xxxxbreak so I can use it free! but I hope I can download this app for free. so I shall be waiting for it.

okay I have to cut it short. Blog I promise I will track those posts which I have not posted a few weeks ago.

Triops Diary - 15th Day of 2nd batch of Triops

Hi blog,

Sad to say, I should have five triops in the fish tank, but now left only two.......... :-(

Reason unknown. Maybe because I top up with new water (cold I guess) into the tank, which leaded to the death of the previous three triops. THEY ARE REALLY VERY SENSITIVE to the change of temperature. I will have to be careful next time.

Army Mobilisation Inspection

Hi blog,

today I got my army mobilisation call. I will say I am already prepared for it.

It is a FAT bag weights around 30kg. Heavy but can't do much to remove my fat... =_=

But I just feel happy to wear back my uniform again. :D So let go to CAMP!!!!!

but I still feel lazy to carry.......

Triops Diary - 8th Day of 2nd batch of Triops

Hi blog,

Even though the 8th day growth of triops has no different from 6th. But I can feel there is a different in between 2 - 3mm. Check this out!

I learned one important lesson from nature.

"The slower the growth, the longer their lifespan are.

The faster the growth, the shorter their lifespan are."

So our life is not about long or short. It is about while you are still breathing, what have you done anything meaningful to others?

The Staff is friendly and approachable. I saw one staff, he went out from the kitchen during less traffic hours, and chit chat with the customers, and trying to find out and share being a vegetarian. Good. Rating 4.5/5

The Food Serve is fast and well presented. Can you imagine that I settled my meal after I ordered, they served me juice then less than 5 mins, the burger was out! Rating 4.5/5

The pricing of VeganBurg is a bit expensive. Why? A Normal burger with Fries and drink from Mcdonald costs you $6 - 7. But in VeganBurg, one set meal is between $9 - 11. Maybe there is NO competitor fight in the same bowl. So.... the pricing is a bit.... Once a while, I am still fine. Rating 3.5/5

The Atmospere is like a small little simple cafe. Nice to sit down there and have a GOOD nice chit chatting with friends. But........ We finish our food less than fifteen mins. So I will encourage you to munch your burger slowly. Chew it slowly like COW :D Rating 3.8/5

Triops Diary - 6th Day of 2nd Batch of Triops

LOOK! LOOK! THEY GROW SO BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Comparing them with 2nd Day of growing triops, it is IMPOSSIBLE!! and I read from somewhere, quoted from Wikipedia ,they will hatch out very quickly – often within less than a day. They will also grow at a remarkable pace; growth is actually noticeable from one day to the next until they reach their maximum size of approximately 2 inches (6 cms).

And they are SO CUTE!! Like small tiny WHITE COCKROACHES!!

I wonder 5 more days, what will they look like?

I think I get so excited, I overfeed them. Hmmm Hope it is okay for them.

Well, I shall start drawing Triops and post it. :D

Triops Diary - 2nd Day of 2nd Batch of Triops

SUCCESS!!!! I can't believe my eyes, the 2nd batch of Triops grow SO BIG!!?? Compare to the 1st batch (1st day), it grows very well!!

Triops Diary - 1st Day of 2nd Batch of Triops

Hi Blog,

Here is my second try of growing triops. According my failure of growing 1st batch triops, I concluded the temperature is MOST important factor of growing triops.

I scanned through Joseph's SMS, he mentioned about Triops are VERY sensitive to temperature. As what I had posted previously, the temperature of growing triops must be around 28 - 30 Degree Celsius.

So I decided to make a box to stay away cold temperature and buy new light bulb to heat up the box.

Kidney stone free!!

Hi blog,

Today I finally got the feeling that the stone is pushing it's luck in my bladder. I sensed it is trying to free itself.

Thanks God for giving me a chance to drink continuously for three days. And painless too.

Now the stone was pee-Ed out!!

Triops Diary - 4th Day of the Death

reporting.... the number of triops available is zero....

Conclusion, the temperature for growing triops MUST be around 28 - 30 Degree Celsius.

I touched the water, it was cold. NO wonder they died.... well, i think i will have to try the second patch next week. Wish me luck and lets pray for the dead one.... Sorry I am a lousy triops grower; my first time....

Triops Diary - 3rd Day of Growing

Hi blog,

Today is my 3rd day of growing triops. I checked CAREFULLY, there are 5 ~ 6 triops swimming in the tank. Too bad I can't take any video today. I JUST CAN't GET them focus in the camera. But I can say it double its size already. VERY exciting!!!

I noticed some students got more excited than I do. :)

I believe if everything go on smoothly, by next week the triops can be seem easily. (should be at least 0.5mm) Like this videos below shown first few days of triop growth

NEW HOBBY!! Growing Triops!!

Hi blog,
I just started my new hobby on growing triops (scientific name: triops longicadatus). What are triops? Triops are living dinosaur fossil crustaceans, date back to the Triassic period, and it looks like horseshoe crab-liked, long-tail tadpole shrimp. Wow!!

I feel tired typing such a long description.

Interesting facts about triops
- it's basic prehistoric morphology has changed little in the LAST 70 million years!!
- they are family of crustacean include crabs and lobsters.
- they have a very short lifespan of 20 to 90 days only.
- their eggs are released in batches and have a thick shell and can stand freezing temperatures as well as drought.
- they can remain dry out completely for up to 20 years!! No wonder they still out-win the dinosaurs 65 million years ago.

Hi blog,

Today I realized how much blood can be drained if you see some* doctor for advice. Due to my kidney stone, I need to go and see a specialist in ^#%¥€ hospital.

After showing him the x-ray and ultrasound report, he passed me a article on urinal stone aka kidney stone and want me to spend some time reading it. So I read it like as if I was about to take my oral exam.

It is an article written from that doctor about urinal stone. I learned that everyone will grow kidney stone (depend on the stone size). If we don't drink enough water, yellowish urine and our daily diet intake - too much calcium or meats which store urine acid.

I went to hospital due to second strikes of kidney stone attack. This time it was bearable, as I learned from x-ray that the stone struck in my urinal tube. I sensed that it was moving downward toward my bladder. Good new! But painful...

Kidney stone result

Today I went for my medical appointment to do a x-ray. My painful experience was when I had to pay for the medical bill!! Sigh... What can I do? I had to pay and found out there were two kidney stones in both of my kidneys.

Hi blog,

On National day was my first experience of kidney stone attack. At the beginning I sensed an awful back pain where I thought I sprained my back. Then it started to shift the pain to my fat stomach area. That was my first painful experience, which I thought I am giving birth to fat. My relatives and my mother were simply staring at my ghostly pale face, and suggested me to see a doctor immediately.

After the long checkup and testing, doctor concluded that I got kidney stone. But weird thing was That I do not feel painful, when the doctor afforded me for taking a jab. JAB!? No way!! So I choose to take medication, hope it can help me to relieve my pain.

In fact, I was quite upset by the news of having kidney stone in me. Why? Sigh, that means I have to pay for extra expenses into medical bills like medication, x-ray and appointment, or worst operation! No!!!!!!

Be careful of your greed

Today I received a sms from my friend who wanted to be rich easier. He met some special incident which I don't feel it is good to say it out in detail. I feel there are many wolfs out there, trying to cheat and introduce you a method which can make you rich in no time. But at the beginning, you wont feel a thing until you go deeper.

"You will realise that you lost many than you gain. That will be too late. "

I recalled a story which I read somewhere, I try to share with you and the reader. (if there is any. LOL)

when you desire/greed for something good to happen to you, that good thing will come and stand infront of you, which is not a good thing. It is a TRAP!

Eg. Someone who is mid 30s who needs like to have a GF like any other people.
Everyday he will keep thinking about it and pray for his right one to appear.

One fine day, he met this Pretty lady somewhere. They were QUICK in love, He was happy that he has such a beautiful GF. He enjoyed the times with her, she was so nice and caring. Decide to make

her his wife; worrying she might snatch by someone else. After marriage, life still as sweet as before, but his marriage didnt last long. He met a car incident. GG

This pretty lady dream to be rich. With her appearance and cleverness, she can easily cheat men to buy her expensive stuffs like clothing and glamours. One fine she met this single mid wealthy guy who is looking for a partner. Easy target. He spent a lot of money on her, just to show her how much he loves her. All she needs to do, is to please him even agreed to marry him. In fact, she has a lot of BF whom her husband does not know about it. One of her favourite BF suggests to get all his wealths and run away with it. She thinks twice about it, but she dreamed of become rich, why not? They carefully planned to kill her husband by knocking down by car (uncaught). So this pretty lady was rightful person to get his remaining wealth.

Conclusion
I know my English SUCK, but main message is, you have to be more careful of your greed and desire. If you have those, you will be blinded EASILY and it just grow selfishness in you.

Imagine if That guy can be careful of the kind of GF he is looking for? (because of his desire to have one GF desperately) Wont he be careful to know that girl's intention than just enjoyed the happiness when they were together?

Imagine if That pretty lady decides to earn money in a rightful way, she wont have to plan to kill her husband and lost someone who will love her truthfully?

Imagine if That BF stops whatever he did, and be a gentleman. It will save a lot of girls and he wont have to lose his conscience totally.
