Blog - May Overview

Hi Blog,

It is May, and my nerdy approach will be 'May the Force be with you,' to my exclusive readers.

The force of a black hole 🕳 just keeps me going and takes away my negativity.
In my May posts, I'll remind myself and focus on maintaining a positive vibe to celebrate my small achievements.

Trip - Fort Canning Battlebox SG

Hi Blog,

As a novice in urban exploration, I plan to visit a location that would be a dream for urbex enthusiasts if not for the organized group facilitating the place.

So where am I talking about? It is at Fort Canning Battlebox.
Within Fort Canning Hill is a WWII bunker built on the hill to operate as commanding HQ during the wars. For historical reasons, it is maintained by the government rather than leaving it to rot and be forgotten.

Hiking - Rainut to Chestnut

Happy Vesak Day Blog,

It has been a long time since I have shared hiking updates. Today being a public holiday, I decided to go hiking no matter what.

It seemed like... Miss Sky had other plans for this morning... But I have to hike!
But where should I hike? I decided to revisit some of the past hikes to refresh my memory there. So I picked Chestnut Nature Park.

Personal - Suits for the Theme #98

Hi Blog,

I'm convinced that viney spot from my trisuit theme #97 has a magnetic pull on me; I can't escape its allure!

Like this one was at different location but was gone too.
I'm wondering what type of plant this is—it doesn't quite look like other vines.

Personal - Cosplay for Tea Party

Hi Blog,

I don't intend to make it into a long post, but since I have a lot of photos contributed by other cosplayers, I decided to make a long post. Today, I agreed to help out at an event by PROJECT GIVE Tea Party.

Elmo agreed to sign up as a Minder, and we decided to go down together. Thanks, ELMO for helping out.
As my blog has been set to private, the guests at the Tea Party will remain hidden on my blog. I realised a bit late that I should have blurred out the guests.

Personal - Suits for the Theme #97

Hi Blog,

Still remembered that I mentioned that I missed the vine on 15th May of May overview post? It was chopped off... There are many reasons why I missed it...

One main reason was because the vines were evenly distributed like a curtain and not much leaves litter on the ground which used to hide small critters.
I always visit this spot whenever I jogged, and now it is gone. I decided to publish this as one of my trisuit themes to memorialize this place.

Personal - Swimming Theme #5

Hi Blog,

Speaking of swimming theme, sometimes I can get overwhelmed trying to complete the theme at the same spots.

Many individuals might assume that I am merely showing off, but in reality, my intention is to rotate my trunks so that each pair gets worn. Except those failed trunks.
I acquire multiple items so that I can rotate them than having only one, especially those which maintain the perfect fit that I personally prefer.

Personal - IPL Underarm Hair Removal

Hi Blog,

Shaving my underarms has been one of my frequent activities while bathing. (should be once every three days) I used to have brushy armpits and I hated it so much. If it is soft and less dense, I won't even consider shaving but it just took away the aesthetic and added more hatred towards myself. Worst of all, I sweat a lot and it got so stinky and itchy (no matter how often I washed)...

Personally, I also prefer ladies to have clean armpits and Brushy armpits just simply nope. But... It doesn't resolve my issue...
And I also envied those dudes who have smooth armpits especially when they have muscle to flex too.

Hiking - Short Night Hunt

Hi Blog,

Something short and random post for today. I've been considering keeping giant millipedes as pets lately. In fact, due to many reasons, I'm considering searching for them on my own.

So I got my torches ready and decided to go for a night hike like last time with ZN (link).
Due to their nocturnal activity, giant millipedes rarely occur during daytime hikes. My personal experience has been limited to only two sightings over several years of hiking.
