Movie Review - Logan

Hi Blog,

Have you checked out the movie Logan? The actor who acted as Wolverine since the first X-Men movie (2000), this movie Logan will be his last act for Wolverine. Even though I can't never have a deep impression of the actor's name, but his iconic identify will be X-Men, Wolverine.

After watching the Trailer
I have to start by saying the overall mood about Logan movie, kind of sad and dark, especially the song used in the trailer is AWESOME! Very sorrowful and emo-to-the-max. There was this little girl somehow important in the movie, related to Logan, looked like she kicked axx in the fighting scenes.

The main actor, Logan seemed old and wear-off, like he was sick and tired in the movie.

After watching the Movie
(SPOILER) To start, the whole movie is cruelly gore and bloody, and it looked convincing! I remembered when I was young watching robocop or total recall, they had those gore scenes which haunted my young innocent mind, but now this one will be a nightmare if a young kid watching it. The movie is M18 by the way. I will say different era already, now it just keep getting better.

The storyline was dark and hopeless especially Logan; for audiences' perspective, we were trying to put hopes into Logan character but he was so broken and wounded like an animal which can never trust humans anymore, defending itself and we feel totally hopeless even though we knew he will fulfill our hopes.

There was an old western movie - Shane, was played in the downtime in the movie, it had some deep messages to it. Even though my English isn't that good, but those were some heartfelt speech.

Overall, this movie was well-played and beside feeling upset on the ending for Logan, we all know the reason why it has to end that way in movie world.

Here is the song by Johnny Cash - Hurt. It draws my like and attention immediately because his voice and singing style were deep and unique. The guitar made it hallowed and wounded. Hope you will like it.

Great exciting movie for 2017! But it is CRUELLY gore and bloody! Don't show this movie to young audiences. A lot of foul words too. You can't never feel the time to rest your mind wherever Logan went to, while watching the movie due to the chase/hunt.

For those who aren't Wolverine or X-Men or Superheroes fans, will still feel attract to Logan and every single characters in the movie. That is the BEST!
