Yesterday after I had done updating my blog post, I just typed "Quarry in Singapore" and I read a new quarry in the list - Tampines Quarry! (map) I searched its location and it was near my workplace.

| It is quite a vast lake with a hidden past. |
 |
| If it was not named as a quarry, people in the present will think that it is just a lake (formed naturally) |

| Achievement unlocked for visiting the seventh quarry! |
 |
| Tampines Quarry is a very deserted place where no maintenance the cleanliness. Rubbish is everywhere. |

| It started to rain heavily. and I can't stay for long. |

| As I walked, I found another entrance (somewhere here) |

| Grasses are about to swallow the path. |
 |
| okay, the weather was chasing me now. Thanks Heaven for allowing me to take this picture before it started raining cats and dogs. |
Tampines Quarry isn't a place for family or an ideal place for picnics. The mosquitoes are everywhere and not suitable for sensitive skin as the grasses will brush every part of your body - itch!

| Luckily there was a bus that just happened to come when I arrived at the nearby bus stop. |

| I feel tired carrying a heavy bag and camera, feeling cold too. |

| but I still felt happy and sense of achievement of visiting that quarry. |

| Lucky I brought a small umbrella to cover some part of me. |
