There are days when I feel quietly exhausted—not from doing too little, but from living in a world that constantly asks me to show what I’ve done.
But when I sit with that thought a little longer, something inside me gently resists it. Because some of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done in life were never seen.
They existed in quiet moments—in showing up, in helping, in holding on, in not giving up.

Maybe the world measures outcomes. But the heart… measures meaning. And I think I’m learning, slowly, to live by that instead.
